Cancel future monthly payments

Ask us to cancel by emailing shapeshiftersproai@gmail.com or messaging 07765 138475. Include the name and email used for the membership. We will confirm the cancellation.

Your cancellation should stop the next payment when received before the renewal is processed. You will normally retain access until the end of the period already paid for.

Your 14-day statutory cancellation right

For an online service contract, UK consumers will normally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions and rules about services or digital content started during that period.

If you expressly ask us to begin personalised work during the cancellation period and later cancel within it, the law may allow a proportionate charge for service already supplied. If digital content is supplied immediately following the required express consent and acknowledgement, the statutory cancellation right for that content may be affected. The checkout and confirmation will explain the position that applies before work begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. We aim to process any refund due promptly and within the period required by law. Payments already covering a completed membership period are not automatically refundable merely because the service was not used, but this does not limit rights where the service was faulty, misdescribed, not provided with reasonable care and skill, or where the law otherwise requires a refund.

How to exercise a cancellation right

Send a clear statement saying that you wish to cancel. You may use the wording below, but it is not compulsory:

To ShapeShifters AI: I give notice that I cancel my ShapeShifters Pro membership. Name: [your name]. Membership email: [your email]. Date joined: [date]. Date: [today’s date].

If a payment has already renewed

Contact us promptly. We will check when the cancellation request and renewal occurred, whether service for the new period has begun and any rights that apply. Nothing on this page removes your statutory consumer rights.
