Membership terms

1. The service

ShapeShifters Pro is an online, personalised nutrition, fitness and lifestyle support service provided by Mark Phillips Fitness, trading as ShapeShifters AI, from 28 Kipling Road, Dudley, West Midlands, DY3 3DZ. It may include an assessment, calorie and nutrient targets, a seven-day meal plan, shopping guidance, activity or exercise guidance, lifestyle priorities and regular reviews.

2. Membership and payment

The membership price is £29.99 per month. Payment is taken in advance through the checkout provider and renews monthly until cancelled. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies, giving you the opportunity to cancel.

You must provide accurate account and questionnaire information and keep your contact details current.

3. Starting the personalised service

After joining, you will be asked to complete the onboarding questionnaire. The information supplied is used to prepare your personalised materials. At checkout or onboarding, you may be asked to expressly request that work starts during any applicable 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge the consequences explained there.

4. Your responsibilities

• Answer screening and onboarding questions honestly and completely.
• Tell us about relevant allergies, intolerances, injuries, pregnancy, medication, diagnoses or healthcare advice.
• Stop an activity and obtain appropriate help if you experience pain, faintness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath or another concerning symptom.
• Use your membership materials personally and do not resell, publish or distribute them.
• Seek medical advice before making significant dietary or exercise changes when you have a condition, symptoms or concerns.

5. Health and professional boundaries

ShapeShifters Pro provides general fitness, nutrition and lifestyle education and support. It does not diagnose, treat or cure disease and is not a substitute for care from your GP, registered dietitian or another qualified healthcare professional. Results vary and no specific weight loss or health outcome is guaranteed.

6. Reviews and availability

A coach-reviewed progress review is completed every two weeks once you submit the required check-in information. Missing or incomplete information may delay the review. We may make reasonable changes to how equivalent parts of the service are delivered, while preserving the substance of the membership.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, provide another person’s information without authority, harass staff or use materials unlawfully. We may suspend or end membership for serious or repeated misuse, while respecting applicable consumer rights.

8. Intellectual property

The ShapeShifters name, system, designs and general materials remain owned by or licensed to ShapeShifters AI. Your personalised documents are licensed to you for private, non-commercial use for the duration reasonably required to follow your plan.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or omitted information, failure to follow safety advice, or use of the service outside its intended scope.

10. Cancelling, complaints and law

You can cancel the recurring membership as explained in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. To raise a complaint, contact shapeshiftersproai@gmail.com and we will aim to resolve it fairly. These terms are governed by the law applicable in England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have where you live.
